The online art magazine Mister Motley published an article about the Greetings from Skauhytt exhibition. The exhibition serves as a conclusion of nine residencies at Het Kunstgemaal in Bronkhorst that took place during May thru July 2018. The residents stayed in the Skauhytt that Ole Nieling originally built in the woods near Trondheim in Norway. Nieling built the hut from scraps in 2016, then took it apart and moved it to the Netherlands a year later. After moving around the Netherlands and Belgium for several exhibitions, including last year's winter exhibition at the Verbeke Foundation, the hut settled in Bronkhorst. Here it will stay until early 2019.
Greetings from Skauhytt presents a combination of new and old works by the nine residents. The exhibition is still on view until 6 January 2019.
